Every item we sell is carefully imprinted with Quantum Signatures. This makes your remedy rather sensitive to electromagnetic fields, meaning after prolonged exposure to any ELF the effectiveness of the remedy can be altered. We do not know what anyone does with a remedy once they receive it, so any return accepted would have to be completely recreated so we could offer it to the next person with all confidence in its potency. For this reason we do not accept returns. However, if you run into any problem with a remedy or you are not satisfied in some way, please contact us so that we may work something out.
